This question concerns only the self-employed who have chosen not to appear on the public lists. For your information, you should know that we can't factor an invoice in the name and for the account of a self-employed contractor (case where the contract is signed directly with the final customer) if this one is not on the public lists, consequently, we can't pay you before the 15th of the month following the service.
If I am receiving my package internationally, will I have import fees and how much will they be?
All orders are shipped from France. Both standard and express international deliveries can be subject to import fees to be paid at the time of delivery. These fees depend on where the package is traveling to and from, as well as the shipping service which you have selected. For international and overseas shipping, to learn more about import fees from our carrier, click here. In most instances, these fees will be between 14 € and 60 € and usually minimal if your order is low in weight. If at any point you would like to know how much your import fees will be, you may contact us directly, and will inquire with our shipping carrier to provide you with this information. Note that your order must first be finalized to know how much your import fees will be. We are constantly searching for ways to expand our carrier network to eliminate import fees as much as we can when possible. We thank you for your cooperation.Â
